Chrono Leap is a game where you manipulate time to platform through the world ("Chrono" meaning time, and "Leap" implying platforming).

There are 3 core mechanics:

⏪ Rewind through your past footsteps faster without affecting the world around you, allowing you to get yourself into positions you otherwise couldn’t have.
👻 Your shadow follows your oldest footsteps. Remember your past to position it in places where you once were.
🥶 Use your time blast to freeze objects for a short duration. Hold platforms still, keep doors open or anything else you can think of.

Using these mechanics, players solve various puzzles requiring them to think outside of the present.

I recorded this video to publish my progress on this game. I started developing Chrono Leap in 2019 before I decided to attend Swinburne and study games formally.
